Disclaimer

The content available on this website is provided solely for informational and educational purposes regarding Rayls and its related technologies. Rayls is a high-performance public and private EVM blockchain system developed for real-world assets (RWA), featuring native compliance and governance controls, quantum-safe privacy, and institutional-grade scalability.

Rayls Group (referred to as “Rayls” or “us”) is an active participant in the development of an infrastructure for RWA. We engage with the community both directly and indirectly through initiatives such as research grants, pilot programs, and infrastructure support, including through affiliated service providers like Parfin.

We support the ongoing development and adoption of the Rayls infrastructure by funding and promoting open-source tools, developing core infrastructure such as smart contracts, bridges, and privacy protocols, operating validator nodes, and providing educational and technical resources. We also collaborate with partners to advance tokenization of RWA and strengthen compliance and governance capabilities across the network.

Rayls is not a financial institution, investment advisor, broker, exchange, or custodian, and does not offer, promote, or facilitate any investment, trading, custody, or other regulated financial services. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any securities or financial instruments. That said, the Rayls infrastructure may generate economic value through its growth and adoption, and such value may support contributors, ongoing development efforts, affiliated service providers, and broader infrastructure initiatives.

Rayls does not currently engage in public token sales, staking programs, or incentive schemes. The development and evolution of the Rayls infrastructure may involve new functionalities, features, or mechanisms over time, which will be assessed carefully in line with applicable legal, regulatory, and compliance considerations prior to any implementation. Any references to third-party projects, integrations, or tokenized assets built using Rayls technology are for illustrative or informational purposes only. Such projects are independently operated and remain solely responsible for their activities, representations, and regulatory posture.

To avoid confusion, we believe it is important for the public to understand the following:

Digital assets are for now still largely unregulated and there is a higher risk in investments in this area. Additionally, overall regulatory bodies in most jurisdictions do not have any type of compensation scheme to protect customers if something goes wrong. Prior to engaging in any activity in the digital asset space it is highly recommended that a due diligence is carried out by individuals looking into risks based on their own risk appetite and personal circumstances.

The Rayls public blockchain is a decentralized and permissionless infrastructure. It has no singlepoint of control, no centralized authority, and no entity —including Rayls — with the unilateral ability to modify, reverse, or interfere with data, transactions, or smart contracts recorded on the network. Rayls does not control user access, dictate network participation, or exercise privileged governance over the public chain. The same applies to any subnets or modular extensions built using the Rayls infrastructure.

Users are solely responsible for managing their own keys, credentials, wallets, and other access mechanisms. Lost access credentials may result in the irreversible loss of assets or data, and Rayls is unable to restore or intervene in such cases. We strongly encourage all users and developers to exercise caution and conduct thorough due diligence before interacting with any smart contract, application, wallet, or integration built on Rayls — regardless of the developer or source. Nothing on this website should be interpreted as legal, financial, investment, or regulatory advice.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Rayls makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding the Rayls blockchain network, its infrastructure, software components, associated content, or any related activities, whether express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, any warranties related to accuracy, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non infringement, regulatory compliance, uninterrupted operation, or freedom from errors, vulnerabilities, or harmful components.

We strive to operate in alignment with applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations in the jurisdictions where we and our contributors are active. However, regulatory frameworks for blockchain technologies are constantly evolving and vary significantly across different regions. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Rayls infrastructure complies with the laws and requirements applicable to you.

Rayls and its affiliated contributors and service providers shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, liability, cost, or claim arising from or related to the use of, reliance on, or interaction with the Rayls infrastructure, including its software, content, or any tools, integrations, or third-party applications built on or connected to it. Users and developers assume full responsibility for any outcomes that may result from such use.

Access to this website may be restricted in certain jurisdictions. By continuing to use this site, you confirm that you are not accessing it from any location where such access would be unlawful or otherwise restricted.
